Foodbank drive

In a drive to end poverty and hunger in our local area the
school will now be supporting the Hastings Foodbank.
Each month we will be asking for students to bring in at
least one item that could be donated to the Foodbank,
which will then be distributed to local families who
otherwise, may not have enough food to survive.
It is hoped that once a month when you undertake your
food shopping you may be able to include at least one
additional low cost item that you son/daughter could
bring into school for the collection.
This month the Foodbank are particularly requesting the
below items:
Year 7
Cereal and long life UHT milk
Year 8
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc.
Year 9
Fruit juice and drinks
Year 10
Tinned meat, tinned vegetables, tinned fruit etc.
